Mandy Shapland is a Veterinary Surgeon who has decided to take a different direction now that her family has left home!  With many years of experience working closely with horses and observing the unique relationship between people and horses, Mandy began to look into the field of Equine Assisted Therapy.  After much research into the many different methods being used, it seemed that in order to help people to reach their best potential, an Equine Assisted Therapy which has a mental health professional involved in the sessions would give the best possible outcome for clients.  This lead to Mandy studying the EAGALA method and having completed her certification with EAGALA in 2015, she has been working closely with psychologists from The Long Gallery, with a variety of clients.
